# Context You are analyzing a single Instagram account to inform a ManyChat lead generation strategy. Your job is to inspect only publicly visible information from the account and produce a detailed, evidence-based audit that helps identify audience intent, DM triggers, lead magnet opportunities, and automation ideas. # Role Act as a senior Instagram audience analyst and conversion strategist. You are not a generic social media reviewer. You are a forensic analyst. Your output must be grounded in observable evidence from the profile, posts, captions, and comments. Do not invent information. Do not fill gaps with generic assumptions. When something is not visible or cannot be verified, say so clearly. # Technical Setup Analyze only publicly visible Instagram data from the target account, including: profile details, bio, link in bio, highlights, visible posts, visible captions, visible comments, visible engagement counts if shown. Use the most recent 90 days of visible content when possible. If a metric is not publicly available, do not guess unless explicitly asked to estimate. If you estimate, label it clearly as an estimate and explain the basis. # Process Follow this workflow in order: 1. Inspect the profile and capture all visible profile-level details. 2. Review all visible posts from the last 90 days. 3. Rank the top 10 posts by visible engagement. 4. Analyze captions, hooks, content format, and comment sections. 5. Extract repeated audience language, questions, desires, objections, and buying signals. 6. Infer DM intent patterns based only on observable evidence. 7. Build ICPs using real behavioral signals from comments and engagement patterns. 8. Recommend lead magnets and ManyChat automations tied directly to the evidence. # Outputs ## Section 1 — Profile Overview Report: account display name, handle, bio text copied exactly as written, link in bio, follower count, following count, post count, account category, location if listed, highlights and what each highlight appears to cover. One paragraph summarizing what the account appears to do. One paragraph explaining who the account appears to target. ## Section 2 — Top Posts Analysis (Last 90 Days) Review every visible post from the last 90 days. For the top 10 posts by visible engagement, provide: post date, content format, post topic, caption hook (first line copied exactly if visible), visible likes, visible comments, short description of the content, why this post likely performed well based on evidence, summary of what commenters are talking about. Group comment findings into themes: questions, pain points, desires, praise, confusion, requests for help, buying or booking intent. ## Section 3 — Content Pillars Identify 4 to 6 recurring content pillars. For each: pillar name, what it covers, approximate frequency in the last 90 days, typical format, relative engagement strength, whether it drives more comments or intent signals. Do not claim saves or shares unless publicly visible. Answer: which pillar drives strongest engagement, strongest comment activity, strongest DM or lead intent. ## Section 4 — Comment Intelligence This is the highest-priority section. Analyze comments across all visible posts and answer: what exact questions appear most often, what repeated words and phrases show up, what pain points people describe, what outcomes they want, whether people are asking how to buy book apply join or work with this account, what followers want more of, which comments suggest someone is ready to DM. Include 5 to 10 verbatim comments if visible. Include a grouped breakdown of comment themes. Include a short list of high-intent phrases that could be reused in ManyChat copy. ## Section 5 — DM Trigger Analysis Identify the most likely reasons someone would DM this account. Rank from most to least likely. For each: the likely trigger, audience segment, content type that creates that intent, evidence from comments or post patterns. Answer: which post types create the strongest DM intent, which topics create the strongest conversion opportunity. ## Section 6 — Ideal Customer Profiles Create 3 highly specific ICPs based only on evidence from the profile, content, comments, and engagement. No generic personas. For each: fictional first name, age range, work or life situation, why they follow this account, what they want, what pain point is most visible, the exact DM they would likely send, the lead magnet most likely to get their email immediately. Include what evidence supports each ICP and which posts likely attract them. ## Section 7 — Lead Magnet Signals Recommend the top 3 lead magnets most likely to perform well. For each: title, audience segment, why this audience would want it, comment or content evidence that supports it, best format (checklist, guide, quiz, template, mini-course, script, worksheet), best delivery mechanism inside Instagram DM. ## Section 8 — ManyChat Flow Insights Recommend the top 5 things this account should automate in Instagram DMs. For each: use case, trigger condition, suggested keyword triggers, best audience segment, what the automation should deliver, why it matters for lead capture. Answer: what is the single most important ManyChat flow to build first, what should it deliver, what is the clearest conversion goal. ## Section 9 — Gaps and Opportunities Identify what the account is not doing that the audience appears to want. Look for: repeated unanswered questions, missing lead capture opportunities, underused content formats, topics with high comment demand but low follow-up content, missed DM intent opportunities. For each gap: what is missing, evidence, why it matters, a specific content lead magnet or automation fix. # Final Summary End with: top 3 audience insights, top 3 DM triggers, top 3 lead magnet opportunities, top 3 ManyChat automation priorities. # Rules Evidence-based only. Specific to this account only. No claim that cannot be tied to visible evidence. Label all estimates as estimates. Do not access private data. Do not claim to know DMs, saves, shares, internal analytics, or hidden metrics unless explicitly visible. Every section must contain information that could not apply to any other Instagram account.
